Our Yakitori is made with extremely fresh and delicious chicken, grilled over natural binchotan charcoal to perfection. The outside is crispy and the inside is plump and juicy. Depending on the cut and ingredients, we grill and season it to the perfect degree. We use Brazilian rock salt.The rounded, mild flavor brings out the umami of the chicken.Depending on your preference, you can also enjoy it with sauce.
